Koala Trail

Drive: Normal roads, just off of Paynesville catch a short ferry ride (less than 5 minutes) to Raymond Island. You don't need to drive to get to the start of the trail, when you get off the ferry you'll see signs for the start of the Koala Trail. The ferry does costs money if you drive on or free to walk on. 

 

Walk: The walk is flat but walking over some branches, roots in the ground so watch your step. There's tons of koalas on the island hiding in the trees so keep your eyes open! There is no stores on the island so make sure to bring water and any snacks you might want.
