Genoa Peak

Currently closed due to the bushfires but hopefully they will rebuild the walk

Thurra River Dunes Walk and Genoa Peak are my two favourite walks in East Gippsland.

Genoa Peak is such a beautiful walk. You have to go a dirt road for about 7km with lots of pot holes to get to the start of the walk. The start of the walk is pretty mild to get to the first lookout which is beautiful! Keep going and you'll be climbing around boulders and climbing up ladders to the most beautiful 360 views of Mallacoota and bushland.
